Street Light Youth
Five angry youths from Colchester amount to Street Light Youth. Although some of the band have not even reached sweet sixteen yet, their raucous hardcore sound says age is no boundaries.
Drilling out tracks like Geriatricks gives you a concise idea of STL's ability. Larynx shredding vocals by lead vocalist Sam, seems to be his thing and he does it well. Whilst in the engine room the guitars are raw, loud and very powerful.
Outlaws is much more relaxed and starts off gentle until about a third of the way into the song. The mood turns darker, the riffs get heavier and all of that built up air is let loose in one big chorus roar.
